Influenza, part 2

To all my loyal readers, my apologies for forsaking you this long. Been overworked...
The previous post on Influenza has finally been updated, proofread, translated, and a small bonus film was added.
I'll try to not be absent again that long. If you want a simple way to know when it's worth revisiting this blog, you can sign up with the "Follow" option on top of this page. You can choose "follow anonymously" and do so in complete privacy.
Meanwhile, my professional research has made great progress. The first image below shows a most exceptional instance of side effects to the vaccine of the so-called "swine Flu", the H1N1 Influenza A. While those after that show the dramatic consequences that the Flu can have in unvaccinated people, especially pregnant women and their babies. Not for the faint of heart!
I think the choice is clear: get vaccinated! :-)

Mass hysteria against swines.

First official sighting of the dreaded bird flu-swine flu hybrid virus, seen here under a positron microscope. Magnification: x6,000,000,000 times.
Première image officielle du redouté virus hybride grippe aviaire-grippe porcine, photographié au microscope positronique. Grossissement: x6.000.000.000 fois.

Uh... no, actually this just my futuristic prototype of, erm, autonomous self-sterilizing sanitaries! (I think.) Great prevention durinc epidemics and for your travels in, uhm, exotic countries. [Have you ever SEEN the public restrooms in Egypt or Turkey?]

Yes, I think that men would definitely "suffer" having more than one set of, um, "teets" lookin' down at 'im! (or up, whichever the position might be! LOL!) I'd have to say that that might be the ONLY reason why a dude might NOT want to go get vaccinated! lol! ;-)

If men have only ONE sef of eyes, yes, I can see how simultaneous staring could be a real problem.
8-)
Patience, my dear: there's nothing to say we won't one lucky day have a Spider Influenza to alleviate this lack!
And the shortage of HANDS that comes with not having 8 eyes, too...
Spiders are so lucky.

That is, until your hot date bites your head off and starts her midnight snack! Man-eaters, indeed!
Black Widows can wait for my sympathy all they want...
"Did your late husband have any last requests, Madam?
Why, yes, Father. The last thing he said was: «Please, Martha, put down the damn knife, this isn't funny!»"

While who in their right mind could accuse that adorable little Mexican pig of being intimidating? ;-)

PC problems these last few days. I'm blogging with my Linux laptop right now, but the draft for my next post is stuck on a machine that won't start. (sigh) Windows!
):-P
And at this hour, my personal electronics expert is sleeping. At three in the morning, on a Saturday night, the nerve!
People can be so inconsiderate. I think I'll keep not paying him for his help, that'll serve him well.

DO NOT miss the next post, folks. It's bound to interest a lot of people.
There are uplifting news about Depression. GREAT stuff. Stay tuned, Class of 1930!

I'll try my best. :-)
But I'm REALLY finding myself taken these days. Like right now: the kids are here, Uncle Pascal just got drafted to play Schoolmistress.
We can't have an empty class now, can we? ;-)
Yes, Mistress, I'm coming. I hear and obey, Mistress. Please don't give me a frowning face on my report.
